Our Team
Conrad specializes in financial planning and structuring for businesses and owner-operated aircraft around the globe. He advises on planning, acquisition, and entry into service as well as supplemental lift and direct ownership alternatives. Previously, he managed a US-China joint venture specializing in wealth management for UHNW individuals and worked in the private equity sector doing financial analysis and deal support for Focus Financial Partners. Raised in New York and living in Montana, Conrad is a graduate of NYU and is an avid skier and pilot.
Conrad Adolf
Lindsey specializes in strategic planning, organizational innovation, and new service delivery. She has launched new service verticals in healthcare, education, and international development in the US, UK, and Rwanda. Lindsey holds a MSc in Futures from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. A native Angeleno, she currently splits her time between New York and the UK.
